The Getaways team at Groupon focuses on one of the most dynamic industries there is – travel. But we’re not your typical travel platform. We work to create packages that delight both hoteliers and Groupon subscribers alike. We build relationships big and small, working with large hotel chains to boutique Bed & Breakfasts, crafting every deal by listening to the needs of the business. Our obsession is putting together offerings that will delight our customers and help them make life less boring.
As Team Lead of Operations, you’ll focus on the setup/maintenance of all travel deals, from building them out on the back end to developing relationships with our most complex and high value merchants. You’ll develop, lead, and retain a team of Operations specialists to meet and exceed short- and long-term goals. You’ll work with third party vendors and internal teams to develop solutions to mitigate fraud, CS escalations and create time-savings for us and our partners.
