Full-Time Talent Sourcer – Remote
Job Description
What you will do:
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive research.
- Utilize ATS (Lever) To track sourced candidates through the hiring process.
- Track, analyze and report recruitment data and metrics for TA/HR leaders and hiring managers.
- Drive and implement the execution and evolution of talent sourcing approaches.
- Effectively collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, HR on sourcing functions.
- Generate interest of qualified candidates for key roles, managing the identification, attraction, engagement and assessment using traditional and non-traditional data sources.
- Maintain an understanding of the external talent landscape, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex information and recognize hiring trends proactively.
- Help build talent sourcing capabilities broadly across the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of corporate and/or search firm experience sourcing passive talent for a variety of roles/levels.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates through diverse mix of social media channels, ie., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a self-starter.
- Responds effectively to surprises and challenges with poise and confidence while learning from the experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems and Sourcing Tools; prior experience w/Lever is preferred.
- Collaborative team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation to see the team succeed.
- Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
