The role: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process to meet the various Groups360 staffing goals across multiple departments. This position will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure that we are attracting, hiring and retaining the best talent along with growing a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
What you will do:
- Create and implement recruiting strategies to attract passive seekers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process; develops and updates all job descriptions and job specifications.
- Post approved positions using internal and external career sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor); prepares all recruitment material to push out to appropriate job boards.
- Source candidates from various databases and review all incoming resumes and applications.
- Perform phone screens, assessments and in-person interviews with candidates.
- Conduct regular follow-up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process; provides feedback and suggestions on how to improve the hiring process for roles that are difficult to fill positions.
- Create and distribute offer letters; ensures all candidates queries about the opportunity and comp/benefits are answered.
- Track employee referral program.
- Responsible for initiating and reviewing background reports.
- Maintain applicant tracking system.
- Partner with Human Resources team members to ensure a seamless on-boarding process.
Education and experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2 – 4 years of recruiting experience.
- Technical and/or Sales recruitment experience a plus.
Additional eligibility qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written and group communication and presentation skills; ability to utilize communication skills to effectively influence across functions and business units as well as across different leadership levels.
- Excellent organizational & analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven and execution-oriented personality, ready to take ownership and get results.
- Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Excel; specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts.
- Other qualifications as required.
Core Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F; these hours may vary depending upon your position and work requirements. Hybrid option in place.
Status: Full-time, Exempt
Location: Brentwood, TN – Hybrid
