We are looking for an innovative Talent Acquisition Manager, who has responsibility for the development and implementation of strategies that will attract a diverse pool of qualified, capable talent to the Firm. This position manages the full-cycle recruiting process within the staff organization of the Firm. In addition, this position will coordinate implementation of talent development strategies for team members at varying levels within the Firm. This position, located in Chicago, Dallas or St. Louis, provides an opportunity to influence the way the Firm attracts and engages top talent while collaborating with team members throughout the Firm.
To fill this critical role, we are seeking candidates with three or more years of recruiting experience. Qualified applicants for this exempt, full-time position will have a Bachelor’s degree and prior experience working in a professional services environment. Talent development experience or experience designing learning and development programs is strongly preferred.
Due to the public health emergency, this position is eligible for a short-term remote working arrangement.
