T H E  R O L E

Ramsay Fairs is currently seeking for a Systems Administrator. The key objective of this role is in helping our teams to maximise their efficiency by ensuring that our systems support them in as streamlined and effective a way as possible. We are looking for candidates with an inherent curiosity for process review and improvement, and dynamic capability in managing and implementing the change required to achieve this. The role will be based in our London office and reports into the Business Development Manager.

K E Y  R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S  I N C L U D E

Systems

  • Maintaining and developing our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Community. From building layouts and creating reports in Sales Cloud to improving UX and UI in the Community
  • Improving and structuring processes like new campaign set up, lead assignment and automated email alerts and reports
  • User management; owning the User Overview, writing, and updating training via Sales Enablement and helping with inquiries and sharing best practices for both our internal (+/-50) users and external (+/-1000) users
  • Ownership of any announced new releases and of monitoring impact of updates
  • Managing and leading our external developer team (AdaptIQ) on a daily basis, including mapping out of the work ahead, keeping a close eye on allocated development hours and budget
  • Owning the development of Sales Cloud, Community and FinancialForce as well as performing health checks
  • Building new integrated platforms from A to Z and maintain data migration between systems. Roughly 70% of your time will initially be spend on Salesforce and FinancialForce and their related platforms. The other 30% will cover other platforms such as HR management, file storage and project management tools

Data analysis

  • Analysing the data that we gather; focus initially on Salesforce, and then moving on to include other systems in the future. Think lead conversion, sales results, marketing outreach

Training

  • Leading the training of the teams globally on our systems. It is vital that all staff are sufficiently trained on IT systems they use daily. This will mean early starts (7:30) once a week/bi-weekly but possibility to finish work early those days
  • Laying out quick and small learnings that help save teams hours of their time
  • Understanding the different layers from juniors to executive staff and the ability to work with a group of people with limited knowledge of IT systems

R E Q U I R E M E N T S / S K I L L S E T

  • No developer background required, but good understanding of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is highly recommended
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge for data entry and analysis by using formulas, functions, and charts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as our external Salesforce support agency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of data management and data quality best practices
  • Experience in software testing, including writing test cases and executing tests
  • Affinity with the arts and culture sector
  • Based in the UK
