Job Description:
System Specialist will be accountable for:
• User access processing and maintenance
• User Profile management
• User Acceptance Testing
• Content management activities
• Coordination activities, including but not limited to
o Tracking deliverables across Medical Business Solutions platforms
o Organize and schedule meetings
o Run meetings and manage meeting notes
• Manage training materials
• Coordination of Communications across Business solutions
Competencies needed:
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong ability to learn technologies quickly
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
Software that must be used independently and without assistance:
• Required: Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced skills in Excel, is desired.
• Preferred:
o Veeva platforms (Vault, CRM)
o Datavision or Publications management systems.
Minimum High School Diploma required
