Full-Time Sustainability Coordinator
Job Description
We are recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Coordinator to join the team at NTSU. A newly created position, the post holder will be responsible for developing and embedding positive sustainable environmental practices on both a strategic and operational level throughout the organisation. Working closely with key colleagues from across NTSU and The University, you will ensure our environmental schemes complement and align with any relevant stakeholder work.
As Sustainability Coordinator, you will identify and implement practices and procedures to measure and analyse NTSU’s environmental impact and make relevant recommendations for improvement. You will also manage and coordinate the SU’s engagement in accepted environmental standards, ensuring active and positive engagement with colleagues and students.
The ideal candidate will have experience in successful project management and delivery, working collaboratively and building positive working relationships with key stakeholders. In addition, you will be highly organised, work effectively with minimal supervision and deliver quality outcomes within set deadlines. Although not essential, previous involvement in environmental project management would be highly desirable.
