SUBSTITUTE LIBRARY ASSOCIATES
$21.12/hourly

The Camas Public Library is seeking applicants for Substitute Library Associates.
Customer service is at the core of this position. Substitute Library Associates greet patrons with a smile and make them feel welcome in our Library. They help them find the right book, navigate technology, and guide them through research. They must enjoy helping people.
Substitutes may be called upon to work anytime Monday through Saturday during library hours and will primarily focus on evenings and weekends. This position is not eligible for benefits.

Substitute Library Associates must share this vision and set of values. People are our focus!
Sufficient mobility to work in a library setting and operate office equipment is required, including extensive and recurring walking, standing, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching and regular lifting of moderately heavy items.
Previous library experience preferred.
