Job Description
Salary: £25,580 – £28,880 per annum pro rata
Hours: Shift pattern: 4 nights on 4 nights off 10 pm – 6 am. 30 hours per 8-day rotating shift pattern

With three back-to-back Ofsted Outstanding awards the Student Services Team at Plumpton College intends to build on this success through the creation of an expanded team which will further improve student experience. The college has residential provision for up to 203 students and we are seeking to recruit dynamic staff with a passion for supporting students and delivering a quality service.
The successful applicant will provide additional capacity to the Student Services Team and play a crucial part in pastoral, social, administrative, and safeguarding aspects of our student’s college experience.
Ideal candidates will be professional, hardworking, and confident team players with a proven ability to engage and support young people in a busy operational environment. We are in a rural location so in order to take up this role you will need to have your own transport.
