Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Personal Development Manager to join our team at Plumpton College.

As Student Personal Development Manager, you will be the strategic lead for all aspects of the students’ personal development outside of the core curriculum. This includes the implementation of a high quality professional and personal development programme for all our students.

Working with other cross college managers to a calendar of national and local trends, the post holder will help inform a cross-college programme of events and workshops linked to a range of topics including healthy lifestyle, meatal health, EDI, and sustainability.

The Student Personal Development Manager will be responsible for high quality student experience – from pastoral support through to equipping our students with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours which prepare them for life, and play a key role in their future industries.
