£23,697 to £24,268 per annum, pro rata
30 hours per week
The working pattern is Monday to Friday 6 hours per day
38 weeks per annum, paid for 45 weeks per annum

Fast Forward and Access to Learning faculty are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated student performance manager to support the Curriculum Manager and Course Leaders for 30 hours a week on our programme based on our Witney campus.
This varied and exciting role requires a dedicated individual who is keen to help young adolescents who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning to achieve their full potential as part of moving into a full-time vocational study programme or employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with other staff members and Learning Support Assistants to enable students to gain relevant English and Maths, qualification alongside skills and behaviours essential to progression into a chosen career path and life after education.
