Student Performance Manager 

£23,697 – £24,268 per annum, pro rata 

29.5 hours per week 

The working pattern is 7.5 hours per week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and 7 hours on Fridays. 

52 weeks per annum 

Abingdon and Witney Campus 

Permanent 

We are seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic person to work with students to track and monitor their progress on our full-time study programmes.  

This is a varied role and requires a dedicated individual who is keen to help young people who are studying at from level 1 to Level 3, to succeed and achieve their full potential. Subject areas are Motor Vehicle and digital technologies (Computing) and will be on both Abingdon & Witney Campus.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with teaching staff in order to ensure that all students progress onto further courses within the college, Apprenticeships, Higher Education or employment by achieving relevant qualifications as part of their study programme, as well as developing skills essential to life after education.
 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Technology is an innovative faculty, home to hundreds of creative and enthusiastic students, and many talented and experienced staff. We are passionate about providing the highest quality teaching, learning and assessment and enriching our students though a wide variety of activities, industry placements and visits.  

The role is a 0.8 full time equivalent (FTE), looking after both Abingdon and Witney computing students. The role can be shared with a 0.4FTE on each site with both responsible for their sites computing students.
