Full-Time Student Development Coach
Job Description
Salary: £22,533 to £26,342 pro rata
Hours: 37.5 per week, term-time only

We are looking to recruit a Student Development Coach on a permanent full-time or part-time basis, term-time only, working 37.5 hours per week. In this critical role, you will form a central part of supporting, improving, and influencing the student experience.
As a Student Development Coach, you will deliver a personal development programme to groups of students, deliver workshops on themed topics and support students on a one-to-one basis when required.
The ideal candidate will be a professional, highly organised, adaptable, hardworking, and confident team player with experience of working with students
