As a Sr. UX Researcher at Groupon, you will use qualitative and quantitative methods to plan, execute, analyze, and socialize consumer research and insights. You will work to develop a deep understanding of our customer/merchant base, their motivations, needs and aspirations. You will work collaboratively with your cross-functional team members to influence decisions and ultimately deliver the best possible experience for our consumers around the world.
At Groupon, UX Researchers influence teams to create human-centric designs and product decisions across the product development lifecycle, from early discovery research understanding customer needs and problems through to post-launch research that informs future iterations.
