Primary Purpose
Play a key support role within the Mobilehome Park (MHP) Conversion Program, ensuring project compliance and that overall program goals and objectives are met. Responsible for key activities within the operations group such as planning/design, construction, outreach, and residential on-boarding process, ensuring seamless hand-offs between workstreams. Serve a lead role in training and mentoring other team members with programs such as Procore and SAP and serve as a liaison between the operations team and the MHP Project Management Office (PMO) group to support document retention compliance efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create required job levels and input proper budgeting/program codes into SAP for each assigned project, including analyzing and interpreting information contained in the Services Worksheet, ensuring proper address assignments, billing rates, and other technical information required to successfully and seamlessly convert master-metered residents to direct utility service. Work directly with Project Managers, Senior Program Designers, and other team members to ensure all required information is accurate and complete to avoid project delays.
- Review and input all required jurisdictional inspections within MHP Program database, ensuring project compliance. Collaborate with Project Managers and Advisors to review and identify missing or incomplete information and provide recommendations as necessary and appropriate.
- Provide training to peers and other colleagues for various databases such as DPSS, SAP, Procore, CISCO, Envision and Smart Sheet.
- Represent the MHP Program by taking a lead role with integrating in other computer applications/databases such as Procore and Envision. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide guidance and appropriate training to other MHP team members.
- Take a lead role in collaborating with the MHP PMO to ensure compliance with document retention policies, including overseeing an annual throughput of approximately 4,000 MHP related documents.
- Review all project documentation, including but not limited to design plans, service orders and cost reports to ensure job package is complete and ready to submit for construction. Track job status at various stages of planning/design/construction workflow. Open and record completion of applicable project requirements and all job levels, issue jobs into construction, and reconcile construction as-builts.
- Provide direct outreach to MHP residents by promoting, enrolling, and tracking SDG&E programs and services such as CARE/FERA and Medical Baseline. Ensure compliance with program tariffs by verifying that each new customer account has applicable warning conditions inputted, applicable fees are waived, and any SDG&E program credits/discounts are grandfathered/transferred to their direct SDG&E account.
- Review and analyze billing data and work to troubleshoot potential meter/billing issues with the appropriate internal contacts in an effort to ensure accurate bills and high customer satisfaction during the residential on-boarding process to direct SDG&E service.
- Perform other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
Required Qualifications
- 5 years – Experience in a role with comparable responsibilities, activities, and tasks/duties.
- Proficiency in data collection and tracking.
- Working knowledge in SAP, DPSS, CISCO.
- Strong communication, written, and computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills, time management, and customer service skills along with the ability to balance multiple and at times, conflicting priorities.
- Ability to self-motivate and the capability to develop positive working relationships with various workstreams and departments.
- May require work some evenings and weekends for outreach related events.
- May also be required to walk in mobilehome parks that have slopes for outreach or cross-training activities.
- Must reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate upon hire.
- We offer a hybrid work environment. Although the schedule may vary, typically this will allow you to work from the office two to three days per week and work remotely on the remaining workdays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in project management, business administration, accounting/finance.
