GoPro is seeking a top-tier Sr. Manager, IT Internal Audit and SOX to join our global Internal Audit team. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of our IT SOX Compliance audit program, as well as participate in operational reviews and efforts to drive automation and digital transformation efficiencies in line with the Internal Audit Plan and GoPro’s shift to a direct-to-consumer business model. This position will report directly to the Director, Internal Audit and SOX and is based in our San Mateo office. This is a dynamic position with frequent interaction and visibility with management across the company and is an exciting opportunity with great career growth potential.

What You Will Do

SOX

• Lead and execute all aspects of the IT SOX compliance audit program, including planning, risk assessment, walkthroughs, IT general control (ITGC) and IT application control (ITAC) testing review, and management reporting
• Perform assessments related to data security and provide recommendations as needed
• Oversee execution of compliance with segregation of duties (SOD) and key spreadsheet and key report controls with process owners
• Train process owners with respect to internal controls and SOX compliance (e.g., change management procedures, access review, and other key SOX focus areas)

IT Internal Audit

• Assess and evaluate processes related to E-Commerce and subscription services as part of GoPro’s shift to the direct-to-consumer business model
• Partner with stakeholders in the company to review the design of certain financial systems, identify key integration risks, and propose improvements where necessary
• Review the company’s use of data analytics in PowerBI for accuracy and how the data is used in performing key controls and operational processes
• Support and execute operational audits and internal audit projects at the direction of Internal Audit Management as needed

Skills We’re Excited About

• 6+ years of progressive IT Audit experience, including management level experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of COBIT and COSO principles
• Ability to effectively communicate with management and provide meaningful insights and recommendations
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and meeting deliverable deadlines

Bonus Points For

• CISA/CIA or other technical IT certification with an active license
• Experience with NetSuite, Zuora, BlackLine, PowerBI, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and/or with third party integrations
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• E-Commerce and subscription systems experience
