The Sr. Manager of Insider Risk Monitoring and Mitigations, will lead a globally dispersed team of professionals specialized in cybersecurity, insider threat, data loss prevention, user and entity based analytics (UEBA) and employee monitoring. The Sr. Manager will collaborate with leaders of Cybersecurity, Information Security, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Compliance and business units to secure TU information and information systems against insider threats.

What You’ll Bring:
The Insider Risk Monitoring and Mitigations Sr. Manager will lead a globally dispersed team of professionals specialized in cybersecurity, data loss prevention, user and entity-based analytics (UEBA), employee monitoring, and mitigating insider threat. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for two sub-program teams, Behavioral Analytics and Monitoring, and Data Loss Prevention.
- BS or BA degree preferably in computer security, cybersecurity or any combination of equivalent education, experience, and certified formal training
- Previous experience leading teams and mentoring technical associates
- At least three-years of experience leading teams involved in mitigating insider threat.
- A thorough understanding of computer networking, endpoints, and servers.
- Experience with Insider Threat tools, such as DLP security controls, SIEM, and UEBA.
- Experience identifying insider vulnerabilities and insider cybersecurity threats.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to represent TransUnion’s Global Insider Threat Program (GITP) to stakeholders, provide direction to GITP team members, and engage with company employees.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation and the challenges of optimizing processes with limited resources.

- Experience managing globally dispersed teams of cybersecurity professionals for corporations or government entities
- Experience leading teams of Data Loss Prevention professionals
- Experience leading teams of UEBA professionals and workforce monitoring teams
- Long-duration government security clearances
- Cybersecurity certificates
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
- Creativity and problem solving ability
Impact You’ll Make:
The Sr. Manager will lead interactions with internal customers and partners, such as Employee Relations, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Investigations and business units. The Sr. Manager will be expert in Data Loss Prevention, UEBA and employee enhanced monitoring. The Sr. Manger will become familiar with TU Information Security Policy, and other TU policy that bears on information or information systems. The Sr. Manager will remain aware of the cyber security requirements in governmental policy regulating the conduct of TU’s business, in all nations and jurisdictions where TU maintains a workforce or third-party relationships. The Sr. Manager will manage the globally distributed team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, TU policies, and industry best practices. The Sr. Manager will guide adoption of tools and creation of processes to reduce insider risk.
