Temporary SR IT Infrastructure / IAM Architect

Job Type: Contract
Contract length : 5 Months
Summary:
- Lead and implement the design, development and delivery of Identity Governance/Access Management solutions & contribute to domain architecture, roadmap, standards and best practices for critical organization wide systems
- Create various Architecture diagrams to facilitate the required information sharing and communication to change/improve the IAM strategy to all levels of staff including business partners and subsidiaries. Maintains operational, architectural and design documentation including procedures, task lists, and architecture blueprints.
- Provide support for transformational projects including the integration and interaction of access management, governance, privileged identity, and managed services to provide a holistic companywide identity solution.
- Work with our business partners to understand their specific business issues and drivers affecting our IAM Strategy and provide appropriate solutions to solve
- Participates in the evaluation, selection and implementation of technology solutions including providing detailed analysis of pros and cons and build vs buy options.
- Evaluates strengths and flaws in infrastructure architecture including performance, quality, availability, simplicity of design, security and total cost of ownership.
- Establishes and maintains vendor relationships to review and evaluate designs and controls and influence changes in future product releases.
- Mentors and leads other technical resources regularly.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years experience in IT related field as well as:
- 4+ years’ experience as an Architect working on progressively complex IT infrastructure projects
- Experience with Architecting IAM Solutions in the Cloud for SaaS, PaaS and IaaS, such as Azure / AWS.
- Experienced and solution driven for identity and identity management, access management, privileged access management, identity governance, identity certification activities
- Hands on experience with designing, installing, implementing, architecting and configuring one or more Identity & Access Management products such as MIM. Broadcom, Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk or other IAM technology.
- Hands on implementation experience, as well as deep technical knowledge of IAM tools
- Highly adept at consulting, negotiating, communicating, consensus building, presentation and facilitation
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership skills through project or technical leadership experience
- Ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences
- Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience IT related field or equivalent work experience
