Overview
Morning Brew is hiring a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to join the Growth team, focusing on its Morning Brew podcasts, video series and creators. Reporting to the Director of Growth, B2C, this marketer will be responsible for growing podcasts, Morning Brew Youtube channel and shows, and creators social accounts.
Morning Brew is based in New York City but this role is remote-friendly for all candidates.
What you’ll do:
– Develop and execute the growth strategy for all our current and future multimedia projects including podcasts, video series and creator social accounts.
– Own growth metrics for all multimedia and creator businesses, and communicate results across the organization
– Own the planning and strategy for new and existing creator growth, building tactics and playbooks to efficiently scale their channels.
– Identify new growth opportunities, owning testing execution, analysis, and scaling the best opportunities
– Work closely with creators to launch them within the Morning Brew ecosystem and assist them with growth
– Collaborate crossfunctionaly with Social, Editorial and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with their roadmaps. Propose new initiatives that can lift marketing performance and demonstrate how.
– Manage, mentor and grow the multimedia growth team.
What makes you qualified:
– You have 5+ years experience in growth or performance marketing
– You enjoy leading a team and have some experience managing or mentoring more junior team members
– Fluency in social platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook.
– Experience promoting and growing multimedia and/or social content (Youtube shows and channels, podcast, social accounts, etc)
– Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
– You have owned and managed a budget before, and have a strong track record of delivering against monthly goals of spend, CAC and retention.
– You love using analytics to drive content growth. Nothing brings you joy like finding a nugget of data in a spreadsheet that inspires bigger ideas and insights.
– You are a team player, results-driven and detail-oriented. You’re a natural self-starter who loves to get stuff done.
