Overview
Morning Brew is looking for a Senior Associate, Integrated Marketing Content Strategy to help take our content partnerships to the next level. The Integrated Marketing Content Strategy team is focused on streamlining, communicating, and developing cross-platform content opportunities that are rooted in editorial and informed by sales strategy. Together with the Associate Director, you will own the pricing, packaging, and roll-out of editorial sponsorships, tentpoles, and first-to-market ideas.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
– Concept and formulate both large and small-scale content ideas into innovative partnership programs and new product launches with a high-level of business and creative acumen.
– Work cross-functionally with integrated marketing, sales, content, product, and account management to develop campaigns, create go to market strategy, decks, and media packages for content initiatives and new product launches.
– Collaborate and brainstorm with sales, integrated marketing, and content teams in the creation of 360° campaigns aligned with company goals and priorities.
– Translate and integrate materials from content and product departments into sellable concepts and presentations.
– Engage the sales and integrated marketing team to develop category specific ideas and support the teams from content development to post-sale by being the point of contact for questions and follow-ups.
– Leverage existing research data and resources to tell the Morning Brew story for each unique project.
– Lead internal kick-off calls with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the process is smooth, collaborative, and transparent. Own the next steps, timelines, and communication.
– Work with account management and content teams to create and distribute post-campaign recap with quantitative and qualitative results.
– Continually optimize the framework and process for content strategy and keep relevant teams updated on changes.
What makes you qualified?
– Minimum 2-4 years of digital advertising and sales marketing experience
– Knowledge and understanding of relevant media platforms (newsletter, onsite, multimedia, social, etc.) as well as nuances between custom and editorial content
– Insight into the current media landscape including packages, pricing and innovative sponsorships
– Creative and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Detail-oriented team player with outstanding writing, organizational and communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Google Apps, Keynote, etc.
