Remote for Covid, then onsite in Draper, UT.
Job Description
Analyzes and drives rules efficiency to support Business, Compliance, and Trust and safety policies by
• building rules in order to meet changing business needs;
• identifying gaps and areas for improvement;
• analyzing data in order to identify the root cause of the process issue;
• testing rules to build improved efficiencies and processes;
• communicating the change to key stakeholders.
Manages Trust and Safety processes for Global Compliance by
• collaborating with internal and external partners (for example, Compliance, Marketplace, Merchandising, Trust and Safety Operations) to resolve cross-functional implications;
• analyzing results in order to measure the effectiveness of rules;
• auditing rules to limit impact to legitimate transactions;
• monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) (for example, catch rate, hit rate);
Must haves:
-Ecommerce background.
-Intermediate to advanced Excel experience (for example pivot tables, end to end data analysis)
-Data analysis experience
-Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-High degree of initiative and deadline-driven productivity
Plus:
-Risk, Policy or Trust and Safety experience
-SQL experience
-Content review or moderation experience
-Understanding of SEO or SEM
