We’re seeking a future team member for the role of RFP Writer to join our Asset Servicing Sales Support Proposal Development team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Wilmington Delaware with a hybrid working model.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Participating in and leading activities related to proposal development, including writing proposals and responses to RFPs for Asset Servicing products and solutions
- Working with internal business units to research and gather information necessary to prepare an informative and meaningful submission to the RFP
- Collaborating directly with the business development or relationship management team to clarify and understand proposal requirements
- Coordinating SME engagement to create new and pertinent responses
- Managing a broad range of activities simultaneously using strong organizational and time management skills
- Developing and refining proposal processes and proposal library content
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in financial services, business management or related field is required
- 5 – 7 years of total work experience preferred, including Project Management skills and ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience in proposal development preferred, including knowledge of Alternative Investments
- Demonstrate excellent written/verbal communication and effective listening skills
- Ability to make independent fact-based decisions and effectively hold project participants accountable while being a team player
- Be confident and decisive, with strong interpersonal and planning skills
