We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Product Owner Team Member – Resiliency and Business Continuity to join our Enterprise Change, Resiliency and Sourcing Office team. This role is located in Manchester, Hybrid.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for the ongoing, independent oversight of standard business continuity compliance tasks and recovery management governance in preparation for potential crises involving technology and information losses, among other risks.
- Assist the businesses with the assessment, monitoring and reporting of key indicators on business continuity and recovery preparedness.
- Work with the team to define and prioritize features that enable businesses to efficiently manage business continuity data
- Prepare reports for senior management audiences within the businesses or BNYM review and oversight functions.
- Contribute to cross-functional efforts to promote a strong Business Continuity & Recovery culture throughout the organization.
- Review work with more senior professionals.
- No direct reports.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
- Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor‘s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Relevant years of total work experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hyper-organized; strong time-management skills with ability to prioritize work appropriately
- Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
