Job Description:
- Field Marketing Tactical Planning, Integration, & Mgmt. (Grassroots/Retail, Events, Go-To-Market)
- Manage field marketing engagement plans and implementation, while supporting campaigns for brand, segments, clinics, retail centers, retail partnerships, and product launches in South Florida
- Support Go-To-Market Field Marketing planning and execution based on direction, strategy, and budget of U65 and Medicare clients in each region. This includes coordinating events, managing staff, onsite activation, reporting, metrics, and future recommendations.
- Work closely with Corporate and LP leadership to engage in local events and sponsorships, and support local offices in their event plans.
- Work directly with local community relations managers and business development managers in the area offices to participate in marketing events and assist with their respective event plans when needed.
- Develop customized Field Marketing programs and promotional platforms for each South Florida market and opportunity area where clinics, partnerships, retail centers and product opportunities are located
- Support Field Marketing Managers and Specialists in the creation and direction of traffic building strategies and tactics for respective product and brand-lines
- Primary point-of-contact for Field Marketing execution.
Activation of Field Marketing
- Support the fulfillment of activation strategies and project plans to include collateral, promotional items, brand advocates, equipment, etc.
- Support the activation compliance standards for all Field Marketing activities within market (coordinating with Sales, Retail and Product to ensure alignment for Field Marketing).
- Coordinate and manage agencies on activation efforts.
- Manage the process to track, analyze and report event metrics and identify opportunities and solutions for improvement.
- Effectively analyze data gathered at events and communicate feedback to committee.
- Manage staff scheduling/calendar for executions to include facilitation of seminars/events, sports activations, mascot appearances, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Broad and deep knowledge of marketing promotion methods, practices and techniques.
- Experience in marketing or events background
- Experience working in a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with and coordinating multiple clients and agencies
- Ability to resolve issues and barriers. Ability to build and deliver presentations with computer software.
- Ability to build relationships within the business area, across the organization and external partners
- Business acumen of project planning and implementation
Experience:
- 3-5 years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
- Integrated marketing strategy, planning and tactical experience
Education:
- Brand, marketing, communications or in related field – Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
