Full-Time Sourcing Coordinator
Job Description
Sourcing oversees the development and production of product from initial concept through delivery. The team helps source the highest quality raw materials, communicates daily with vendors and turns the designer’s vision into a tangible object. The Sourcing team works closely with Designers, Merchants and Planners to manage strategy and hit overall business goals. This role reports to our Sr. Sourcing Manager and will be assisting them on numerous projects and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Attends and participates in all concept and development meetings for the brand
- Develops materials with suppliers based on design and trend direction, within sourcing strategy and budget
- Maintain and develop vendor relationships daily to ensure key partnerships for future growth
- Work closely with partners to adhere to development calendar
- Maintain accurate production charts and tools that are consistent with the PLM system
- Negotiate costs and MOQs as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks and seasonal projects for the department as needed
- Evaluate Work in Progress (WIP) report to troubleshoot production issues and ensure on time delivery of bulk goods

- A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners
- Ability to proactively self-prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met in a fast paced environment
- Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; knowledge of InDesign a bonus
- BA/BS Degree (in textile science, fashion or interior design preferred)
