Full-Time Sourcer
Job Description
Premier Talent Partners is looking for a Sourcer to join our internal team and support the growth of our Talent Teams across a variety of verticals and industries. The ideal candidate is willing to roll up their sleeves and has a passion for recruiting and a desire to consistently beat metrics and goals. This is a fully remote position with an opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
- Source talent primarily through Premier’s ATS, Ajna, reactivating candidates who are already in our system, but also through personal networks, referrals, Monster, Craigslist, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter for both routine and hard to fill jobs
- Understand the team’s job order needs to effectively source for specific profiles
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates, managing day-to-day communication and all administration of the sourcing process
- Verify inbound and sourced candidates, primarily through phone and video calls, for hard to fill job orders, assessing and determining fit and building out their Ajna profile
- Continuously maintain and update AJNA database with new and modified candidate profiles
- Provide outstanding customer service, proactive guidance & support to candidates
- Re-format candidate resumes and buff Ajna profile to ensure they are marketable to appropriate clients
- Book follow-up interviews for vetted talent with Recruiters as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in candidate sourcing and growing candidate pools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Google Apps, Excel, Salesforce, Social Media and LinkedIn
- Recruiting Coordinator or Sourcing experience preferred
- Passion for recruiting and a desire to consistently beat metrics and goals
- Ability to listen well, adapt conversation and understand client/candidate needs
- Confident and resilient, with the tenacity to succeed and stay positive
- Exemplary customer service talents with an empathetic, personable attitude
- Disciplined with a strong work ethic and follow-through
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and consistently meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy and willing to embrace new tools
- Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
