Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with senior engineers and various teams to design and develop diverse software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C#, C, C++, and Python, adhering to industry best practices.
• Engage in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Work on cloud backend development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Refine machine learning algorithms and models in Python.
• Assist in the design and architecture of complex software systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues and implement fixes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of relevant work experience in software development.
• 3 yrs experience in C#, C, C++, and Python.
• 3 years experience with cloud backend development and familiarity with major cloud service providers.
• Knowledge of machine learning methodologies and their application in Python.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for complex software projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Compensations Range:

The expected base salary range for this position is between

$128,200.00 – $192,400.00

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

This compensation and benefits information is based on Lyten’s estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. We generally do not negotiate on salary once we have made an offer.  The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)
