We deliver in-person workshops, retreats, and festivals, and host online events through our app. Our unique method integrates psychotherapy, meditation, bodywork, breathwork, and energy work, structured into transformative programming offered by in-house teachers and facilitators. Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media, Content Creation & Administrative Specialist to help us elevate our brand and manage various operational tasks. This role requires someone with a strong working knowledge of Canva and experience creating professional-level graphics and videos. You will assist in content creation, social media scheduling, email marketing, and various administrative duties, ensuring our events and promotions are successfully executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation:
Design high-quality reels, stories, posts, and graphics using Canva for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Adapt written, visual, and video content for various formats and audiences.
Follow our established branding or propose new designs when required.
Schedule social media posts using tools like Social Bee and Opus Clip.
Graphic & Email Design:
Create on-brand images for emails, websites, and third-party advertising.
Design email campaigns using Bee Pro and manage email distribution related to events, podcast episodes, and updates.
Website & Podcast Management:
Upload podcast episodes to YouTube, our website, and app.
Manage WordPress content creation for events, articles, and updates.
Handle podcast production tasks, including creating and scheduling promotional emails.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist with scheduling content, organizing tasks in Trello, and managing our internal booking system.
Provide general administrative support for event promotion and execution as assigned by the Operations Manager (Jason).
Ensure all content is in line with our branding, and work collaboratively to propose new ideas.
Skills Required:
Strong working knowledge of Canva and content creation tools.
Experience with Bee Pro, Social Bee, Opus Clip, Trello, and WordPress.
Ability to adapt and create professional graphics, emails, and videos.
Solid organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable working in an LGBTQIA+ environment and with adult content.
Preferably a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Workload & Payment:
Around 24 hours per week, up to 35 hours depending on workload.
Flexible working hours, but tasks must be completed by deadlines.
Paid hourly, with hours to be reported per task.
