Job Description
Job Summary
Advises small businesses in accounting, finance, marketing, and other topics relevant to small businesses. Design training on how to develop robust web integration, online sales and marketing strategies, online distribution, and online delivery of services for small businesses. Advises small businesses one on one in digital marketing and marketing strategies. Helps clients to utilize tools to manage social media and marketing for their startups and existing businesses. Provides education and training in accounting and finance to small businesses. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience working with small businesses on financial planning and forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferable in Business or related field.
- A Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience with accounting software, i.e. QuickBooks.
- Experience in designing and delivering training.

- Deep understanding of the needs of small businesses
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in small business management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations and have strong public speaking skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with others using strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage client expectations through completion of projects/priorities.
