Overview: As a Server and Storage Team Lead, Infrastructure, you will be responsible for planning, designing and implementing global IT infrastructure including global datacenters and cloud architecture and manage a team of engineers sharing the same technical responsibilities.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, design, size and implement global IT infrastructure including global datacenters and cloud architecture.
- Support all on-premise and cloud infrastructure including Servers, Storage and Hypervisors.
- Design, Maintain and operate all backup infrastructure and software.
- Design new Infrastructure solutions based on business and application requirements from various teams.
- Operate, maintain, administer edge & data center infrastructure including all servers, storage and backup devices.
- Monitor, integrity and trouble-free operation of entrusted environments.
- Provide 3rd / top level support.
- Manage team of engineers sharing the same technical responsibilities.
What you bring to the team:
- 4+ years managing top tier skilled engineers while remaining hands on
- Well-versed in handling Data center infrastructure technologies
- Expert in VMWare VShpere administration including storage and network design/management
- Skilled in the installation and administration of PURE and Dell storage devices
- Skilled in Azure administration of cloud infrastructure
- Expert in Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu) administration
- Skilled & confident managing top tier infrastructure engineers
