We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, SEC Reporting to join our Controllers group within the Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Preparation and review of quarterly reports (Form 10-Q), annual reports (Form 10-K) and current reports (Form 8-K) with the Securities and Exchange Commission
- Assist with the preparation and review of iXBRL
- Prepare and review of annual reports for employee benefit plans (Form 11-K) financial statements filed with the SEC and Department of Labor and review of the Form 550
- Ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting
- Monitor communications from accounting firms, the SEC and other sources to stay up-to-date on changes to accounting and disclosure guidance
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years relevant experience; public accounting experience is a plus
- Strong U.S. GAAP and SEC Reporting knowledge
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication; detail oriented; ability to work in fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiar with Workiva software
