We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our Cyber Identity Access Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.

As a SVP in Identity Access Management team you will work on engineering enterprise-wide Access management solution, utilizing SailPoint. Job includes design/develop/customize/troubleshoot and provide L3 support for solutions catering to various (IDA) Identity Governance and Administration duties access requests, approval, authorization, provisioning primarily on clustered, virtualized on-premise platform.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Interact with clients on requirements/analysis solutioning.
  • Develop/troubleshoot escalated issues.
  • Create processes and guidance for operational team.
  • Ad-hoc issues such as audit response

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of overall IT experience required with 8+ years of Engineering/implementing/troubleshooting IAM solutions using SailPoint tool required.
  • Hands-on experience on SailPoint IGA tool for both on-premise and cloud version is required on Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager modules.
  • Other IAM tool knowledge/experience such as Okta, Saviynt and similar tools are preferrable.
  • Well versed in access request, approval, provisioning, SOD, RBAC, Reporting, Data import customizations, Workflow design and external application integrations via APIs.
  • Work with Application teams to identify, aggregate, onboard applications and correlate system user accounts to Identity cubes and troubleshoot connectors such as ServiceNow, Mainframe, Database, Active Directory, Snowflake.
  • Lifecycle development methodologies with version control, and compliance adherence.
  • Workflow for approval design/troubleshooting expertise with bean shell scripting, REST API and webservices.
  • Good understanding of RBAC, Identity Policies, Identity Lifecycle automation and their implementation on SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience on performance tuning/troubleshooting of Apache Web Tier and Tomcat App Tiers would be advantageous.
  • Strong hands-on experience on Unix, Java J2EE solutions with frameworks, Web Technologies, scripting on Python, Perl, Oracle SQL tuning with architecting clustered SailPoint implementations is required.
