Alteristic seeks a dynamic and charismatic public speaker with demonstrated leadership skills to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have exemplary interpersonal and public speaking skills, initiative, and will be highly collaborative. This candidate will demonstrate superior writing, editing, and communication skills and will assist in the creation and revision of program technical documents such as manuals, reports, and curricula.
This position is remote and may require up to 30% – 50% travel. Given ongoing COVID-related shifts in demand, there will be further discussion during the interview process related to travel. The candidate may reside anywhere in the US.

Job Duties:
- Provide virtual and in-person training for diverse populations including government departments, agencies, affiliated entities, corporations, and other organizations on evidence-based prevention strategies to address all forms of harassment and bullying in the workplace, as well as sexual assault and other forms of intimate partner violence across settings.
- Under the supervision of the Vice President of Programs, provide in-person, telephone, and/or virtual consultation to support clients in the development and implementation of prevention programs and strategies, including but not limited to the Green Dot Violence Prevention strategy.
- In collaboration with the training and assessment team, facilitate focus groups and assist in tailoring program content.
- Conduct background research, write, update, and edit program documents including technical and procedural materials such as evaluation reports, program implementation plans, manuals, curricula, and proposals. This includes gathering and integrating feedback from clients and stakeholders.
- Master new and existing training programs and stay abreast of key developments in the field.
Employment Requirements:
- Master’s degree preferred or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
- Previous experience providing high-level training or adult education
- Relevant experience working with workplace harassment, interpersonal violence prevention, and/or issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion preferred
- Demonstrated experience preparing and writing for stakeholders in the field of violence prevention, preferred but not required
- Excellent communicator, dynamic presenter, and self-directed
- Excellent writing, copy-editing, and grammatical skills required
- Ability to present data in clear, concise text
