Full-Time Senior Regional Manager

Job Role: Senior Regional Manager

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract type: 12 month fixed term contract till end of November 2024

Location: Bath, covering the South West of England

Additional information:

  • ​Ability to travel within the region and stay overnight if required.
  • ​Participate in the on-call service rota if required.​

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to lead a regional portfolio of services across the South West and make a difference by supporting all clients to reach their maximum potential. ​You will be Initiating, leading and driving forward service improvements, system developments, initiatives, quality assurance and overseeing the effective management of services within a specified area. ​

Responsibilities include: 

  • Lead on service improvements, driving system developments, initiatives, quality assurance, and service reviews ensuring completion and embedding within client services. Responding positively to initiating and driving change.
  • ​Promote and lead innovation, piloting, and evaluation of new approaches to delivering high-quality client-facing accommodation and support.
  • ​Ensure excellent client-led services where clients have a strong voice and contribute through meaningful involvement activities and co-production.
  • ​Actively lead on the development of trauma informed, client-centred services reflecting psychologically informed environments (PIE) principles
  • Support the Strategic Partnerships Director in tendering for new/existing business and new project implementation. This may also include working with the HR Team around TUPE where this applies. Support the embedding new services through effective direction and support.​
  • Develop joint working across Julian House by pursuing new external partnerships and being responsible for effective existing partnerships.​​

Qualifications / Requirements: 

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle – business insurance will be required for roles involving travel to work
  • ​Experience of overseeing regional budgets and delivering Value for Money at a regional level.
  • ​Proven experience of leading homelessness, housing, health, care or support services at a regional level which deliver positive outcomes for clients.
  • ​Proven experience of leading regional teams through change and instilling a culture of excellence, teamwork, and high performance.
  • ​Track record in identifying and developing new ways to improve services and deliver service innovation.
