Starting salary from £35k Per Annum – (OTE £60-70K Year 1)

Are you a passionate recruiter with proven success in building your desk and working towards targets and KPI’s? Do you have previous experience recruiting within the education sector?
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Division, you will be required to coach and support junior colleagues and lead on account management.

To thrive in this role you ideally must have…
- Proven success with hitting previous achievements and targets
- Previous recruitment experience within the education sector
- Demonstrable business development skills dealing with generating revenue for the business
- A proactive approach to utilising market trends and sourcing techniques
- Previous 360 recruitment experience
Everyday you will…
- Promoting the Company’s services to clients targeting new, lapsed and current clients through cold-calls, spec calls and networking.
- Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, upskilling them in the core aspects of the role.
- Be responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and offer management with the candidate experience in mind
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate repeat and exclusive business opportunities.
