Senior Recruiter
As a Senior Recruiter, you recruit in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting and resource management environment. You apply expertise along the entire recruitment process – sourcing, attracting, vetting, selecting, and hiring – to bring on high-quality MEDITECH/Epic professionals. Using a consultative approach, you identify key talent and make recommendations to the talent team and hiring managers about the available top candidates. You build recruitment strategies that yield top talent and are responsible for building and maintaining a talent pipeline. You create a positive candidate experience and determine the final outcome of a candidate’s relationship with Tegria.
In addition to your directing your own work, you also delegate tasks and projects to team members.

Strategy
- Build results-oriented recruitment strategies that yield top MEDITECH/Epic talent.
- Communicate and partner with your teammates to align sourcing and recruiting efforts with strategic vision.
Cross-Functional Support
- Use a consultative approach to make recommendations to Talent Acquisition Strategic Partners and/or hiring managers regarding the top talent available to meet position requirements.
Sourcing and Recruiting
- Meet or exceed assigned productivity goals.
- Source and prospect candidates through existing databases, contacts, advertising campaigns, job boards, cold calling, and direct recruiting. Ultimately, develop and maintain a strong sourcing network.
- Stay knowledgeable about and critically evaluate staffing opportunities and hiring needs to understand what skillsets and behaviors would make a consultant exceed expectations in the role.
- Maintain a bench of top talent that aligns with Tegria’s organizational and client needs.
- If assigned, serve as an advocate to project-based hourly consultants, cultivating a strong, trust-based partnership to foster their loyalty and engagement and that encourages the consultant to seek out future assignments with Tegria as their top choice for future contracts.
- Manage the full-cycle consultant vetting lifecycle, including personalized outreach, reference review, interviews, behavioral and technical skillset assessments, and create a positive candidate experience
- Vet candidates’ availability for, interest in, and motivation for hiring opportunities; prepare and tailor candidate resumes / profiles; execute candidate submissions; facilitate candidate interviews; and negotiate offers and employment terms.
- Communicate the benefits of working with Tegria by offering engaging, personalized attention to all prospective candidates and consultants.
- Synthesize rapidly changing information while thinking critically about candidates, opportunities with the information available to you.
- Grow and maintainin-depth knowledge and expertise of Tegria’s business and client needs and the healthcare information technology space (including, but not limited to Epic, Cerner, and MEDITECH HCIS).
- Knowledgeably and strategically identify, source, and recruit best-fit candidates.
Internal Team Support
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly screening, submittal, client submittal, and interview activity as well as review monthly commission data for accuracy.
- Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team’s goals and objectives and champion teamwork through collaboration, training, facilitating, and recognition.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and manage candidate information in Tegria’s applicant and job tracking systems, using reports, dashboards, and auditing techniques.
- Drive toward improved internal processes, contribute to internal projects, and create talent development and recruiting infrastructure to support standard processes and strategic recruiting.
- Provide oversight of recruitment support resources (coordination and sourcing) and mentor less experienced members of the team, as needed.

What we’re looking for
We expect:
- High school diploma or GED
Experience
- Epic and MEDITECH recruiting experience
- Typically, 8+ years of full-time work experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sales with a focus on problem-solving with people-based solutions.
- Successful history of working with and effectively leveraging contemporary industry social networking and applicant tracking tools (Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience working with third party sourcing/recruiting agencies, understanding contracts, terms etc.
Knowledge
- Familiar with healthcare IT and Epic, Cerner, or MEDITECH HCIS generally gained from working directly with EHR software or for a healthcare organization.
- In-depth understanding of the client and/or candidate sides of the placement process.
- Recognized as subject matter expert in recruiting.

- Delegate work appropriately.
- Mentor less experienced team members.
- Apply strong time management skills, enabling them to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and allocate their time efficiently to meet objectives.
- W2 project-based consultants will be expected to provide a computing device that adheres to industry standards and security best practices to use in satisfying the Project Services on behalf of Tegria
