Job Description
We are seeking a talented, customer-focused individual with extensive TA knowledge to join our growing company as our first dedicated, in-house recruiter. You will be accountable for establishing dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Support, and filling key positions in line with the company’s growth plans.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective multi-channel sourcing strategies and assessments while managing internal and external stakeholder expectations.
- Recruit passive candidates and assess profiles against requisition needs while building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Gather candidate market intel and recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company, including implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard ones.
- Understand and be able to articulate the opportunity, team dynamics and candidate motivations to effectively prepare, extend, negotiate offers, and close candidates.
- Set benchmarks, forecast and track against metrics, provide weekly pipeline reporting, hit customer SLAs, as well as plan and facilitate interviewer training to a diverse pool of interviewers.
- Actively engage in recruiting strategies, including employer branding, DE&I, referral drives and recruiting events.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates through various channels (i.e. passive sourcing, referral campaigns, database mining).
- Experience building recruiting strategy, providing weekly pipeline reporting, conducting referral drives, supporting employer brand initiatives and participating in recruiting events.
- Knowledge with recruiting tools, ATS, database management / reporting techniques and software collaboration tools.
- Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience.
- Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams, influencing and driving towards results.
- Ability to demonstrate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Experience planning and facilitating interviewer training to a diverse pool of interviewers.

Additional Information
The Pixieset team is currently working remotely due to provincial guidelines surrounding COVID-19. We will continue to evaluate the possibility of going back to in-office work in the coming months.
