Job Description

Premier Talent Partners is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, providing feedback, and managing the offer process for our rapidly growing FinTech client in San Francisco, CA. Please note – this role is remote during COVID-19 and candidates must live within a commutable range of San Francisco. If you are passionate about partnering directly with executives and organizational leaders to own key technical hires that move the needle for the business – this may be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing candidates, interviewing applicants, providing feedback, and managing the offer process for an expanding global customer experience team
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using a variety of sourcing channels (inbound, LinkedIn prospecting, referrals, internal transfers, etc)
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Collaborate with the global teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience
  • Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 5+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience scaling customer experience teams globally
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc)
  • Excellent verbal, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Software skills: Experience with Greenhouse is a must
