Full-Time Senior Project Manager
Job Description
Create is seeking a dynamic, energetic, people-centred individual to plan, oversee and monitor a portfolio of its award-winning creative arts projects in the UK.
This full-time position would suit someone with extensive project management experience gained in the arts or charity sector, and a firm belief in the power of the arts as a transformational tool in challenging community settings. You will have outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively, persuasively and empathetically with a variety of different groups of vulnerable people.
The successful applicant will:
● Oversee the planning, management and rigorous evaluation of a proportion of the project portfolio, including line managing project staff and freelance artists.
● Oversee and develop ongoing relationships with existing community partners.
● Lead in the recruitment and management of freelance professional artists.
● Lead on evaluation and data analysis, using Create’s award-winning methodology.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
