What You Will Be Doing:

• Participate in all related Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) program increment and sprint related events.
• Be a collaborative member of an autonomous cross-functional team to define, build, test and deliver innovative enterprise-grade solutions.
• Developing high quality code using clean code practices, and automated testing.
• Identifies problems and opportunities and champions the development of innovative solutions.
• Mentors junior software developers and engineers.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of features and systems of the products the team owns
• Involved in high level product design with clear understanding of the business outcome​
• Practice and promote teamwork at all times.
• Set a good personal example of positive attitude and performance.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Proven ability to deliver high quality enterprise solutions.
• Experience with large, complex, and highly scalable systems.
• Experience in TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, Serverless and Cloud Computing, Java, and Oracle
• Experience with modern Full-Stack Engineering.
• Familiar with the agile software development process.
• Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools like Azure DevOps and Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity with a desire to learn new emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Amazon AWS architecture (API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Lambda, RDS)
• Microservices design and patterns
• Enterprise Integration Patterns
• Automated testing (Unit, Integration, and End-to-End)
• Azure DevOps for work management and CI/CD
• Coding utilizing clean code concepts
• Java 1.8+
• IBM MQ Broker
• IBM Portal
• Great communicator and principled in building Rugged Software

Education:

• Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in functional area
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
