Terminus is looking for an accomplished Senior Product Designer to help us build an industry leading Account-Based Marketing platform that allows B2B marketers to do ABM at scale. Responsibilities

• Own and develop design solutions from ideation to execution in partnership with product and engineering teams
• Collaborate with other designers and engineers to evolve the Terminus design system
• Present work to peers, stakeholders, and customers throughout the product process
• Raise the bar for quality across our products by advocating for user centered product roadmaps, investments in last-mile refinement and polish, and insights driven by user research
• Mentor and lead less experienced members of the team by implementing and supporting new design processes
• Work with the Brand Design team to maintain a cohesive experience across the entire customer journey

Requirements

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, with an emphasis on product design
• An understanding of the technical limitations and implications of your decisions and experience working directly with engineering teams to bring your designs to life.
• Experience contributing to a Design System
• Business analytical skills that help guide design decisions
• Experience presenting work to executives and other stakeholders
• An online portfolio showcasing case studies of product design work
