Winmark Corporation is a premier, nationally recognized franchisor of over 1270 resale retail stores in North America, including Once Upon A Child®, Plato’s Closet®, Play It Again Sports®, Music Go Round® and Style Encore®. In this key position as a Senior Marketing Manager, you will provide a high level of leadership within the Marketing department, help drive franchise growth and support franchise owners through a multi-pronged approach, including multi-channel marketing strategy, consultation, education, and program assessments to ensure marketing adoption and continued store and brand growth.
You will manage a small team of Marketing Managers with additional primary responsibilities to include partnering with Director of Marketing to drive direction, efficiencies and projects for Winmark and individual brands, ensuring brand strategies, content, and messaging reflect mission and objectives in collaboration with brand departments and management.
Primary qualifications for the Senior Marketing Manager role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or relating focus
- 5-9 years marketing experience with proven leadership and drive
- Strong understanding and application of multichannel marketing: digital, social media, and website/e-commerce
- Previous supervision and training experience required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, including strong presentation skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, tact, organization, program development, and project management skills a must
The Senior Marketing Manager role is onsite at Winmark’s Plymouth, Minnesota location. Annual salary DOQ up to $90,000, plus discretionary bonus and great benefits package.
