Full-Time Senior Marketing Director
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Sr. Director of Marketing for an amazing organization, dedicated to providing medical services for those within the LGBTQ+ community! In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your marketing and creative expertise to lead a team and be responsible for executing inclusive and impactful marketing initiatives to acquire patients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LGBTQ+ health issues, strong communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Develop and execute inclusive, sex-positive marketing campaigns to acquire patients.
- Lead content marketing strategy and collaborate with digital, creative, and event teams.
- Design field marketing strategies for patient acquisition in coordination with sales and account management.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with LGBTQ+ community partners.
- Manage advertising and field marketing budgets to optimize spending and meet patient acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director to optimize paid advertising and social media campaigns.
- Oversee marketing automation and email nurturing campaigns.
- Represent the company at conferences, events, and activations.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with HIPAA regulations and prioritize patient privacy.
This person must have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with outreach campaigns.
- Experience in lead capture and conversion, brand management, and marketing data management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics; experience with Adobe Suite and WordPress preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or Communications preferred; Spanish speaking is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in B2C digital and in-person marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of LGBTQ+ health issues, with a focus on sexual health and wellness.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a director-level role.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
