About the role

Move from legal practice into academia, whilst continuing to practice but in a University legal clinic and inspire the future generation of lawyers.

If you’re qualified to practice in England and Wales and have sound experience of immigration law, this is your chance to make a real difference – both for our students, clients and your career. Dividing your time between supervising and training students in the immigration clinic and developing the clinics services. Assist in moulding the next generation of lawyers. You will enjoy different challenges every day.

On appointment the job title for this position will be Senior Lecturer in Law.

This is a funded post.

This is a 0.6 FTE role (3 days per week)

Please note that unfortunately, this role will not attract sufficient points to obtain a sponsored Skilled Worker visa under the UK Visas & Immigration points-based immigration system; however, applications are welcome from candidates who do not currently have the right to work in the UK, but who would be eligible to obtain a valid visa via another route.
