Target Hiring Range: $ 90,412.42- $ 108,494.91 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY
Assist the Finance department in developing and maintaining the analytic and reporting needs of the company. Analyzes operational measures and evaluates performance against quantifiable benchmarks and targets established by all levels of the organization, ranging from departmental managers to the Board of Directors. Supports the modeling and analytic needs of budgeting/forecasting, accounting, and data and financial analytics functions.
COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS
Works closely with all departments necessary to ensure that processes, programs and services are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner in accordance and compliance with CHG policies and procedures, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable state and federal regulations including DHCS, DMHC, and CMS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares financial and statistical reports and monitors trends and variances.
- Creates ad hoc and standard financial and claims models.
- Conducts ad hoc financial and claims analyses.
- Prepares and analyzes reports identifying differences between actual, budgeted, and targeted results, as well as, historical performance.
- Prepares and analyzes existing monthly financial and statistical reports.
- Assists in the preparation of operating budgets and forecasts.
- Performs special projects as requested.
How to Apply
EDUCATION- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Economics/Accounting, or related field of study
- Minimum of five (5) years financial or accounting analytics experience
- Knowledge of budgeting processes/principles and financial analysis and reporting principles
- Ability to use Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. SQL or SQL-motivation desired
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential.
