With rapid growth in mind, CIC Health seeks a Senior Finance Project Lead to help support our corporate finance team and the greater organization using data analysis to make sound decisions about launching and operating new projects, new products and businesses.

You will be the primary owner of leading deals/transactions, executing analyses for key company decisions by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, building models and developing final recommendations for management. You will report to the VP of Global Finance and will be senior to our Corporate Finance Associates.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Being fully autonomous (responsible for conceptualization, design, execution and accuracy/checking) on development and checking of new economic models for new ventures being considered by CIC (product offerings, sales channels, capital sources, etc) with a strong focus on building models for pricing and contract bids for health care services and related fields.
• Using models to think strategically about opportunities from a holistic company perspective. You will also be making project level go/no go decisions autonomously while also driving discussions and recommendations to executive management on strategy and operational roll out where their input is required.
• Building relationships throughout the company to enable identification of opportunities to drive improvements on current processes for rolling out new ventures and quarterback initiation/implementation of new ideas.
• Developing and evaluating partnership opportunities with third parties with an emphasis on decision making where appropriate, otherwise providing recommendations to senior management.
• Using model analyses as a platform to further discussions with external partners and drive decisions.
• Working closely with CIC’s finance/accounting team to integrate financial projections into the accounting and operational management systems.
• Analyzing financial results to identify revenue and cost trends at both a project and company level.
• Providing guidance to corporate finance team analysts and senior finance associates while directly supporting the VP, Global Finance and executive team.
• Developing annual budgets and having ownership of the forecast projections with variance analysis.

YOU HAVE
• A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, finance or business or equivalent work experience (an MBA in any of the aforementioned fields is a plus).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or FP&A role.
• Demonstrated excellence in working on multiple transactions with tangible results and contributions.
• Demonstrated experience in price modeling.
• Demonstrated success in a high-growth organization.
• Experience in working collaboratively and have comfort working directly with C-level executives.
