Main Duties and Responsibilities
- ERP Implementation: Guide in the continued implementation of our Acumatica ERP system.
- System Configuration and Customization: Configure ERP system settings to align with business requirements and customize modules and workflows as needed.
- Integration Administration: Oversee integrations between ERP and other business systems (e.g., Shopify, Relex, Riverlogic) ensuring data consistency and smooth flow of information.
- User Assistance and Training: Provide technical assistance to end-users. Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on ERP functionality and best practices.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades: Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance tasks, coordinate and execute ERP system.
- Data Administration: Oversee data migration processes. Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting capabilities within the ERP system.
- Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain system documentation and ensure ERP usage complies with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Anticipatorily identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Work with stakeholders to implement changes that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in ERP implementation, configuration, and assistance.
- Certification in relevant ERP technologies is preferred.
- Project administration experience is a plus.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and their modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to grasp complex business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to teamwork effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on your own and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
