Who are we looking for?

The Senior Data Analyst will provide innovative data analysis and presentation in support of organizational strategies and objectives.  The ideal candidate has experience in one or more domains of Customer Success, Sales Lifecycles, Adoption & Consumption Analytics, and Customer behavior. This role supports multiple departments included but not limited to Customer Success, Product Development, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing. In this role you will leverage statistical analysis and build models to help drive customer consumption and adoption of the product.

This position is an individual contributor and reports to the Manager of Customer Success.

Modeling

• Create Models for both Wi-Tronix and customer representatives to input supporting data and costs to validate and prioritize feature requests and business strategies.
• Support Wi-Tronix team in engagements with customer business analysts to develop, refine and validate financial ROI models, the resulting value statements and associated feature stories
• Support Customer Success, Product Management in analyzing and presenting data. Data visualization will support automated reports, add copy, product literature, customer report cards etc.
• Assist in the creation of compelling presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations

Reporting

• Transform, Analyze, summarize and proactively report to all stakeholders on website experience and customer utilization of Wi-Tronix website based on feature set, and page hits to key internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations
• Analyze all available data sources to identify customer influencers and develop ROI statements in support of all customer facing activities (Customer Success and Product Management). Identify and propose potential revenue retention for renewals for new or existing features, training and services and customer business systems integrations
• Analyze Wi-Tronix CRM/Salesforce data and other data sources as needed to summarize and report on current customer satisfaction, performance to monthly, quarterly and annual goals. Utilize all available data to propose improvements in the post-sales process
• Administrator for Client Success Reporting and SQL reporting
• Work with a cross-functional team to define and clarify analytic requirements, develop analysis plans, and ensure data quality standards. Establish and maintain strong business partnerships and cross-functional relationships to provide decision support.
• Identify key metrics and develop dashboards and/or reports to better the understanding of product performance.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analyses as needed.

What will you need?

• Bachelor’s in Business or 5+ years equivalent work experience
• 5+ years PostgreSQL / SQL experience – executing complex projects, extracting, cleansing, and manipulating structured and unstructured data sets
• 3+ years’ experience in Enterprise Visualization Tools: Tableau/QlikView/Power BI
• 3+ years’ experience working in an agile environment with iterative development and business feedback
• 3+ years Microsoft Office Suite skills with advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, macros, PowerPivots
