Full-Time Senior Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Client Experience Team and continue our tradition of Attentive Support to our growing client base on the RubyApps and RubyLaw platform. This is a REMOTE position. This person will have extensive experience managing client requests from the initial email, all the way to the deployment of the live website, including:
- Communicating with clients to determine requirements, provide details, and receive approval on estimates
- Collaborating with our U.S.-based engineering teams to define the optimal solution and effort required
- Ensuring updates have been verified by our internal quality assurance team
- Choreographing multiple production website updates and client responses to ensure timeliness and accuracy
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess superior writing skills, and be comfortable communicating with clients via email throughout the day.
Frequent client communications via Zoom is also a requirement of the position. Candidates should have a firm understanding of both website and content management concepts.
You are patient, detail-oriented, and will ensure that each client is a raving fan of RubensteinTech. You know the right questions to ask and see beyond a specific request, understanding how the task at hand relates to the larger goals of our clients. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and will work alongside our engineering teams to deliver exceptional software.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of experience in tech support, or as a client support representative
- Experience working with web applications and/or CMS systems
- Professional Services and/or in-house legal marketing experience is a major plus
- Ability to multitask/handle multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to work on a small team, communicate effectively, and have a passion for technology and design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with a bug/issue management system
- Bachelor’s degree
