Full-Time Senior Business Development Representative

Andgo is expanding our intelligent automation platform to additional markets and industries. This is where you come in; we are seeking a collaborative team member to supercharge our sales and marketing efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Business Development Representative will be a key contributor to building out our BDR team that is charged with identifying prospects and initiating outreach with potential Andgo customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Account Executive(s) on target prospecting plans and execution; ability to effectively close and follow-up on scheduled introductory appointments
- Drive growth of Marketing Engaged Lead flow and conversion to MQL and ultimately SAL handoff
- Deep target prospect (ICP) research to fuel enrichment of personalized ABM outreach
- Ability to contribute on an ongoing basis to personalization of Sales collateral by prospect (i.e. presentation decks)
- Liaise with Marketing and Sales teams about feedback from the field gained from prospect conversations and research efforts
- Ability to effectively lead, coach, motivate and drive improvements with the BDR Team
Desired Skill & Experience
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field. ie: Marketing, Business, Sales (equivalent working experience will also be considered)
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in a sales or business development role
- Solid understanding of inbound and outbound Sales/Marketing strategies and tactics
- Working knowledge of CRM tools
- Working knowledge of web-based prospect database tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior sales and/or business development management experience will be considered a major asset
